“ I loved it here. I absolutely want to go back. The happy hour deal was incredible. A margarita and chips with salsa for just 10! Unheard of in Manhattan. The margarita was next level. It tasted like it was freshly made (not with a mix) The salsa was also house made and INCREDIBLE. I wondered into this place because I needed a place to kill an hour without spending a lot and this was EXACTLY what I needed. The service was great as well! The man who helped me was very kind. ”
“ The chips, guac, and salsa are in the running for best I’ve had. The guacamole in particular was top notch because it came in a volcanic stone molcajete. The place was super cool and colourfully decorated. Our waiter was a real pro, didn’t hover, but was right there when we needed. ”

“ Stopped in for a bite to eat with the wife. We were hungry and saw it while walking downtown. We initially walked past the downstairs staircase and began to wander up the step where another burger and beer joint was located, we seemed lost and backtracked and the host must've been looking out as we were searching for the entrance, came up the steps and greeted us, told us to follow him and led us into the restaurant. Was early afternoon and we were the only patrons there. He seated us and brought some menus. We looked around at the decor and everything looked interesting in cultural decor. Host/server was extremely warm and hospitable. We ordered. I had a quesadilla and red beans and chips and salsa. Wife ordered the chicken ranchero. Everything was delicious. The salsa had a slight kick of heat and we both remarked that we loved it. We finished and left hoping for them to gain much more traffic in business because it was a great experience and definitely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone reading. Whenever we are in the area again in the future, it will be a favorable chance we will dine here again ”
“ It was my first time going to burrito loco and it was great. I dare to say that I had one of the best quesadillas that I’ve ever eaten in my life, small although full of flavours. I order a Mescalito to drink and it was good too. We ordered some plantain and I don’t think those were plantain, it seemed more like bananas. Aside from that everything was good. ”
